Our Asphalt Paving Process
Since asphalt expands and contracts with changes in weather and temperature, and can be damaged by harsh winter weather and the sun’s rays, after completing a new installation we apply a petroleum- or water-based sealer by hand or spray (depending on surface condition) to avoid cracking and crumbling while preventing water from soaking in.
